Terms and Conditions for Studio Booking

Welcome to our studio! We're excited to host your classes and activities. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we ask that you agree to the following terms and conditions when booking our studio:

1. Booking and Cancellation Policy: All bookings must be made in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 8 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.

2. Damage and Liability: As the client, you are responsible for the conduct of all participants during your booking period. Any damage to the studio property or equipment caused during your usage will be charged to you. This includes, but is not limited to, any breakages, spills, or other damages.

3. Food and Drink Restrictions: No food or drinks, with the exception of bottled water, are allowed inside the studio space. This is to maintain the cleanliness and professional environment of our studio.

4. Footwear Policy: To protect our professional Harlequin vinyl dance flooring, we require that no street shoes or outdoor shoes be worn in the studio. Only gym, sports, or dance shoes are permitted. Shoes with heels are allowed only if they are equipped with floor protectors. Tap-dance shoes or any footwear that can potentially damage the vinyl floor are strictly prohibited. Outdoor shoes are to be stored in the shoe rack located in the lounge area.

5. Noise and Behavior: Please be considerate of others using the studio and maintain a reasonable noise level. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of your session without a refund.

6. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the studio and lounge area. Please ensure you take all your items with you after your session.

7. Studio Capacity: The studio comfortably fits up to 8 people for dance or other classes. Please respect this capacity limit for the safety and comfort of all participants.

8. Equipment and Facility Use: Clients are not permitted to switch on/off heaters or interact with the studio's Google Nest tablet or any other electronic devices. These devices are set to ensure optimal conditions within the studio and should only be adjusted by authorized personnel.

9. Adherence to Studio Rules: You agree to follow all studio rules and regulations as posted within the studio or communicated by studio staff.

 

By booking and entering our studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a booking without a refund if these terms are violated.
